Our Story at Store2Door Group
Store2Door was founded in May 2003 by Peter and Anne Bowman. The Business idea for Store2Door developed from a realization that customer needs and expectations from a Delivery Service were not being fulfilled. Often repeat business was being lost where customers where not obtaining what they wanted, or when they wanted it, from the end delivery service. Often a poorly dressed ‘man with van’ style approach was destroying all the work the store had put in to make the original sale.
Store2door's concept is one of a group of individuals who work as a team to provide an excellent delivery service for the customers of our clients. Our team are bound by a code of ethics and a passion for getting the job done on time and to the best of our ability. Our business focusses on the need to continue to provide excellent, professional customer service in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
Store2Door currently operates with over 40 members of the team. Store2Door relies on its team to uphold company standards and therefore we only work with people who understand our company ethos. All Drivers and Porters are customer sensitive and understand the need to employ their service skills to ensure that repeat business and future sales are protected. We actively encourage our clients to use our teams ability to liaise, on their behalf, with customers and arrange deliveries at their convenience.
